We are CMS IV certified because recognized quality standards are part of our commitment to ourselves as a leading communications agency.
Why is there a need for an international quality label like CMS for agencies?
As clients working with various suppliers, we simply expect certain standards. As consultants, we want to provide our clients with exactly that same level of assurance.
What concrete benefits has the certification brought to your agency?
Over the course of the many audits, we have developed a wealth of ideas and processes that help us handle formal requirements as efficiently and reliably as possible, leaving more time and energy for creative work.
Why would you recommend other colleagues to pursue CMS certification for their agency?
For exactly this reason: standardized processes and procedures create space for what is actually our core job.
How does the CMS label support your business development and client acquisition efforts?
We always actively highlight the label, and it is received with interest and often generates questions. It is difficult to quantify its return on investment, but that was never our expectation.
What impact does the label have internally – on your employees?
A significant one. Over time, every team member experiences how helpful it is to have reliable structures in place for areas such as filing, documentation, and personnel management—structures that do not change with every new trend.
What would you like to see in the future development of CMS? What is missing today?
We appreciate the well-balanced mix of guidelines and flexibility within the individual criteria. One possible improvement would be to place even greater emphasis on the joint evaluation of client projects during the audit process, alongside the assessment of internal procedures and routines.
